Welcome to Snapweek. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (getsnapweek.com) and our meal-planning services (the "Service"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Snapweek provides personalized weekly meal plans based on photos of your refrigerator and pantry and the preferences you share. Plans are currently built and delivered manually by our founder. We aim to deliver Founding Member plans within 72 hours of receiving your completed intake, though timing may vary.
As an optional bonus, Founding Members may receive a partial refund (as described at the time of purchase) in exchange for sharing an honest video about their experience. This is voluntary, is not required to receive your plan, and is offered at our discretion.
If you are unhappy with your plan, contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Because plans are personalized and built manually, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. By submitting them, you grant us permission to use them solely to create and deliver your meal plan and to operate the Service. If you choose to share a video testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing, and you may withdraw that permission for future use by contacting us.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or submit content you do not have the right to share.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapweek is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
